The modular garage is one that is prefabricated and typically built off-site. The prefabricated nature of this building makes it very economical. Prefabricated garages can also typically be placed on top of a lightly improved surface such as crushed stone, rather than requiring a full concrete slab (though building codes differ from area to area, so it is best to check with your zoning official before committing to a build).
